We hold parties every few weeks, they are held for the fun of having a party!

We offer an open invitation to everyone to come along.

Our only stipulations are:

That everyone has a good time.

No arguments until after you have left the property.

Everyone who comes leaves our property behind.

Please stub out cigarettes in the ash-trays, not the carpets and peanuts.

We appreciate it if people bring along a dish of something to add to the feasts, and some booze to add to the bar.

(If you drink a lot of gin, don't bring a bottle of wine, then drink someone else'e gin contribution)

We do not charge people to attend the parties.
