Spaghetti Bolognese

  

This is one of the fastest dishes to make, far quicker and much tastier than a trip to the take away.

 

Preparation and cooking time is less than 30 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1kg of lean minced beef
  • 800g of tomato frito
  • 400g of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped finely
  • Italian Herbs

 

Serving suggestions:

 

  • Serve either on a bed of spaghetti, or stirred into a pan of pasta.
  • Add a plate of Warm bread or Garlic bread to the feast.

 

Method:

 

Brown  the beef in a large frying pan, then drain off the excess fat (this stops the meal repeating on you for several hours afterwards)

Add the tomato frito, mushrooms, stock cubes and chopped garlic and stir well. Leave to simmer for about 20 minutes until the Pasta is ready.

 

Serve.
